[ BAD BOY ] Slim, Mike, Q, and Daron were introduced to Puff Daddy at a local club, 112, in their native city, Atlanta. Soon afterwards, they found themselves living in New York recording their debut album. Fueled by the hit singles, "Only You" and "Cupid," they hit the road as the opening act for the Isley Bros. It was the 1st of 4 separate tours that saw the group criss-crossing the U.S. with Keith Sweat, New Edition, and Puff Daddy and the Family over a grueling 18 month period. Their second album, Room 112, is named after a phrase coined by their labelmate the late Notorious B.I.G. They wrote and produced almost half of the material themselves making it a very personal project. Check out 112 on the WEB |
