[ MISSY ELLIOTT ] Missy Elliott has come a long way from singing on top of trash cans and picnic tables at family get-togethers in Portsmouth, VA. The KMEL All-Star Summer Jam veteran stormed onto the scene with her debut album, "Supa Dupa Fly," and has been on the move ever since. In addition to putting out a follow up to her debut, "Da Real World," Missy has been hard at work with everyone from Whitney Houston to Eminem.
One of her latest projects has involved her new record label, Gold Mind Inc. which includes new R&B thugster, Torrey Carter What can fans expect from Missy in the future? It’s hard to say, but Missy has mentioned doing some acting work. One thing is for sure; if Missy puts on a show anything like the one she did last year at the KMEL All-Star Summer Jam, fans can expect a lot.
