The Assignment: This program for Equitec is unique in a number of respects...starting with the name, and offers top producers, trips to Hong Kong and Hawaii. The concept behind this program is based on the long-standing sales technique of positive thinking, visualizing results and utilizing highly organized sales materials. The blue "Passport Planner" includes a quick reference product section, tracks sales appointments and results for the month, and includes a motivational message from president Frank Terzolo along with an additional motivational message.

To get the attention of the sales team we scheduled four monthly mailings in the colored envelopes shown above. When they came in the mail it was obvious that something was inside and the team responded with interest. Inside each monthly mailing we included the blue"Passport To A Fun Filled Vacation Dream Come True", a postcard of one of the travel destinations with a visualization message on the back, a small hand made packet with a photo of the destination and actual coins, sand and sea shells inside. This unique approach got the team's attention and results.
