PHASE ONE: - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
- Every client is anxious to know what their site design will look like and often want
to speculate about that early on. We don't begin to conceptualize visual solutions until
we have done a very thorough evaluation of all of the client's main competitors. By
carefully evaluating what the competition has done and what has worked for them and what
hasn't, we can then determine how to best structure our client's site to give them the
advantage.
The web site format must maximize the client's communication, marketing & promotional
objectives. It must also be consistent with their company or product image and present
their company and, or, product logos in a manner that is consistent with their other
media. Clients may elect to see one or several design approaches depending on their budget.
Several styles may be presented for consideration in the creation of the main home page
graphics, primary section headers, icons and button bars. Some styles of art, design or
photography require specialized freelance talent and costs will vary with the creative
source and the complexity of the imagery involved.

PHASE TWO: - PRODUCTION
- Production flows in three distinct areas. One is in the development of final copywriting,
forms development, photography and artwork such as icons, section headers etc. The other is in the web site's
"coding". The coding of a site provides the fabric that weaves all of the various
components together and makes it work in real-time. The third is in the development and
implementation of server-side applications required for Real Audio, chat, e-commerce, etc.
This phase is completed after the site has been extensively tested on our live test site, after
which it is sent to the client's server site for a second phase of tests and the official
online site launch.

SITE NETWORKING
- We facilitate the listing of the client's web site in all appropriate search engines
and Internet directories. Site networking is an ongoing process.

SITE PROMOTION
- Site promotion can involve online and offline promotional techniques. The promotional
needs and techniques vary from client to client and the type of audience. Online promotion
can take the form of an online press release to relevant news groups or an e-mailing list of
the client's audience. Traditional press releases can be created for media. A third area of
site promotion is in the creation of custom web promotional items that are placed in a store
location or given to customers.

ONGOING SITE MANAGEMENT AND UPDATING
- Clients and site creators must be very pro-active in the process of adding new content
and enhancements to a site. Sites must also be carefully and constantly monitored to insure
performance. We provide a regular maintenance schedule for our client's individual needs. Site
updates are completed within 24 hours, and time sensitive updates can be implimented immediately.
All site updates are tested on our test site before being transfered to the client's server
site.

ONGOING SITE DEVELOPMENT
As our client's exclusive web site developer, we are engaged in an ongoing process of
site development as needed. On-going development is essential to the site's success as
an extension of the client's overall marketing plan. Internet exclusive components can be
created to add value for the audience and in-turn builds site traffic. The most basic and
effective approach is to build an online community by identifing site enhancements that
are meaningful and beneficial to a particular audience.

CONSULTING
- We consult with our clients on an ongoing basis on all related issues.
Internet communications and marketing as well as the technologies that
drive them, are developing at breakneck speed. It is difficult for most people in "the
trade" to keep up with it all, and clients are at a real disadvantage in this area. We
consult with our clients on emerging technologies as well as the many offers that are
presented to some of our clients which involve partnering with content providers etc. We
review and qualify these opportunities to determine which will be of real benefit to our
client. There is a lot of hype and junk out there. So we do the leg-work, get the answeres
and present only the quality opportunities.
