At this point in the series I became attracted to cd's which I would find in our heavily trafficed/industrial neighborhood. They were weathered, irridized by the sun and distressed by being run over by many vehicles. I found them very engaging and soon began a collection - part of which became "Made in Taiwan." The cd's are dimensionally mounted on round, clear acrylic posts and each is framed and contrasted by various found materials - which while contrasting with one another, offer a variety of surfaces which interact with those of the cds. The wood frame is itself framed in one eighth inch thick annodized aluminum which is about two inched deep at the sides.
